Digital Products Policy

Digital products sold by Parabellex Inc., including recruiting scripts, are licensed for internal business use by the purchasing company.
License Grant
You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased materials inside the purchasing company.
Ownership and all intellectual property rights remain with Parabellex Inc.
You May
Use the materials internally in your day-to-day recruiting operations.
Share them with employees and contractors of the purchasing company for internal business operations.
Print internal working copies for your own team.
You May Not
Resell the materials or any derivative of them.
Upload them publicly or place them anywhere accessible outside the purchasing company.
Redistribute them outside the purchasing company, sell copies or modified copies, or grant access to unrelated businesses.
Delivery and Access
Files are stored privately and delivered through short-lived authorized links inside your account.
Access requires an authenticated account with an active entitlement. Every delivery is logged.
Enforcement
We may revoke access for license violations. Revocation does not create a right to a refund.
