Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep it current.

One account per person. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Security

Keep your password confidential and use a password of at least 8 characters.

Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

Offline Intensive

The Offline Intensive is a live, in-person training program conducted in Russian.

Registration is personal to the purchasing company. Dates, venue, and schedule are confirmed by the organizer after purchase.

Consulting

Consulting engagements are scoped separately in writing. Nothing on the site constitutes a guarantee of specific business results.

Digital Products

Digital products, including recruiting scripts, are delivered through your account after payment is confirmed.

We do not deliver purchased files as email attachments or permanent public links.

Digital Product License

Digital products are licensed, not sold. See the Digital Products Policy for the full scope of the license.

Payments

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and are determined server-side at the time of checkout.

Promotional pricing applies only while the applicable campaign is active.

Stripe

All payments are processed by Stripe. Your purchase is also subject to Stripe's terms.

A purchase is treated as paid only after our system receives a verified payment confirmation from Stripe.

Pay-Over-Time Options

Additional payment and pay-over-time options may be available at checkout, subject to eligibility and approval by the applicable provider.

Those arrangements are between you and the provider.

Refunds

Refunds are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Purchases that include immediate digital access become non-refundable after the first successful download of an included protected file, except where a refund is required by applicable law.

Event Changes

We may change the date, venue, or format of an Intensive when reasonably necessary.

If we cancel a session and cannot provide a commercially reasonable replacement, we handle the situation fairly and in accordance with applicable law.

Communications

By purchasing you agree to receive transactional communications. Marketing communications require separate consent.

Disclaimers

Materials and training are provided for business education. We do not guarantee revenue, hiring volume, retention, or any other specific outcome.

Results depend on your market, your team, and your execution.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
