Information We Collect

We collect only the information needed to sell, deliver, and support our products: account data, contact data, company data, and purchase data.

We do not sell personal information.

Account Information

When you create an account we store your email address and an authentication record managed by our authentication provider.

Passwords are never stored by us in readable form. They are handled exclusively by the authentication provider and are never written to orders, customer records, payment metadata, logs, or email systems.

Contact Information

Full name, email address, and phone number, provided by you at checkout or when you contact us.

Company Information

Company name, fleet size (number of trucks), and your role or position within the company.

Purchase Information

Products purchased, amounts, currency, payment status, timestamps, and the identifiers returned by our payment processor.

We do not receive or store full card numbers.

Payment Processing

Payments are processed by Stripe. Card data is submitted directly to Stripe and is governed by Stripe's own privacy terms.

We receive only the payment result, the payment identifiers, and limited billing details.

Digital Product Access

For digital products we record which files were made available to you, when access was granted, and when files were successfully downloaded.

These delivery records are used for access control, support, refund evaluation, and dispute evidence.

Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies and local storage to keep you signed in and to maintain your session.

Analytics

We may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand aggregate traffic and improve the site. Analytics data is not used to identify individuals.

CRM and Customer Management

Customer records, orders, activity timelines, and internal notes are maintained so our team can support you.

Internal notes are private business records and are not shown to customers.

Transactional Communications

We send transactional messages related to your account and purchases: payment confirmations, access information, security notices, and event logistics.

These messages are part of the service and are not marketing.

Marketing Communications

Marketing messages are sent only with separate, explicit consent.

You can withdraw marketing consent at any time without affecting your purchases.

Telephone / SMS Communications

If you opt in, we may call or text the number you provided regarding our products and services.

Consent to marketing calls or texts is never a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of text messages.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Service Providers

We share limited data with providers that operate the service on our behalf: payment processing, authentication and database hosting, file storage, and email delivery.

Providers may use the data only to perform services for us.

Data Security

Purchased files are stored in private storage and are never exposed through permanent public links.

Access requires an authenticated account with an active entitlement, and every delivery attempt is logged.

Data Retention

We retain purchase, delivery, and consent records for as long as needed for accounting, tax, legal, and dispute-resolution purposes.

Other data is retained while your account is active.

User Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, subject to records we must keep by law.
